he's worse than a corrupt mullah. Because he plays with your mind- speaks with the knowledge of a psychologist, and the heart of a ...
I can't think of a proper noun to describe what I feel about his 'character' except that it isn't good- cloaked in all sorts of 'goodness' and 'clean-ness' and 'righteousness' but exactly the opposite.

And sadly, he influenciences MANY impressionable young families, and children- in wiley, smarmy ways- beware of him. He is a 'bad man'.

I rue the days I listened and believed in the garbage he fed me-

4. They have been giving out Focus on the Family at my local YMCA.

I knew that Dobson was political, so I argued that the publication was inappropriate based on that fact. But to better understand what I was dealing with, I actually started reading FOF. And I know exactly what you are talking about. It all seems so innocent. Focus on the Family! Excellent! I would like to focus on my family! But as you read more, and get deeper, it gets darker and darker. All about intolerance, power and control, not about god and family at all.

Hey, at least you got out of it. Have you heard about Soulforce? They are a group that seeks to end spiritual violence against GLBT. They are particularly concerned about Dobson.
