I place it between 25% and 35% if you use approval rating as a metric. Once the polls get close to 30% change will become more difficult as the remaining people supporting him are his more ideological supporters.

But that's why you see a constant push to drive down voter participation amongst voter groups that aren't clearly leaning gop.
