27% when Carter left office and 32% when Nixon resigned. What I found didn't go back as far as Truman.

I definitely think Bush will be in the 20s.

I figured it was low this week when we heard he would give a speech on Iraq. Does any one really know what is going on in that country? Every thing sounds just bad then we hear our govt. and it is like another country. How does any one really figure this out.
