Randi has a LIVE ONE!
Trying to tell Randi that 70-80% of the military supports Bush*. Taking Randi to task for saying that Bush hasn't given the troops armor...said it was Clinton's fault. (five years to change things and it's still Clinton's fault)

He hung up when Randi demanded that he document his info.....

Said he saw the 70-80% number in USA TODAY

Liar.

Randi did a good job.....

2. I think he has a bit of dyslexia
and his numbers are those who think the war is shit, they want to go HOME, they want to sit at the table for Thanksgiving, give gifts at Xmas or Chanukah, and celebrate the New Year, if only they don't have to listen to a lot of fireworks (which can be disturbing after returning from a war zone, frankly).

6. Bots aren't "Live".
USA Today  - That's a good source!

Anyone who knows anything about polls, knows you must present results within the context of the method used to compile them. Do you believe Mc-news does valid and reliable research?

7. That number comes from a Army Times Publication publications.
Which USA Today/Gannett own. The Army Times Pubs include the Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Times. The poll was NOT scietific as they only surveyed subscribers of these publications. The typical weekend warrior (National Guard Troop) does not subscribe to these publicastions. The typical subriber would be a "lifer" or career officer or Senior Enlisted personnel. Also that survey was conducted prior to the 2004 election and does not reflect any new information that came since than.

11. You know who votes in those bullshit polls????
Assholes sitting on their pudgy butts stateside, surfing the net on the government computer instead of doing their work. When you have to stand in line for an hour or more to get twenty minutes to send your family an email, you aren't voting in online polls from the war zone.

8. Prior to the first election shrub promised...
...to use part of the surplus to give everyone in the military a raise. This is a classic example of his; "Buy your votes with someone else's money", strategy. This likely gained him votes here but 70% seems a bit outrageous. I wonder if he ever made good on that promise.

9. I remember that
My brother was in the Service at that time and voted for the shrub because it would mean $4,000 per year extra for him and his family.

I told him he was an idiot.

btw: he HATES the shrub now and he's out of the military (retired)
