It'll be a Friday. Looks like he'll need two weeks, though.

My second guess would be Friday, 14 Oct.
My third guess is Friday, 28 Oct, the day the grand jury disbands.

October 10 is Columbus day this year and that is a federal holiday.

10. October 28th....
Rove will not testify until at least the 14th, possibly even the 21st.. add a week to prepare the documents and public announcement, and make sure its on Friday to help spin... that puts us at the 26th.
