When you lie to a grand jury, are you allow to retract those lies in subsequent visits? (And thus avoid prosecution?)

but it probably carries a perjury charge with it...but maybe not, if you cry like a little girl, grab the prosecutor around the ankles, and sobbIngly scream "I'M SOOOOOOOOOORY...I'LL TELL YOU EVERYTHING!!!! PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE!!!!

2. It all depends
The charge of Perjury is quite specific and because it is so Clinton could not be charged with it. I am not sure about Rove because I have no idea what he has said or what accounts he has changed. The lie has to be pertinent and deliberate. We are talking about Rove here so I am willing to bet he has perjured himself, but because evil has descended upon america I doubt anything will come of any of this. The bad guys do win even if the movies say different. Good guys always finish last is the American belief and I believe is true.
