Coming home from Iraq......

I just found out that a friend shipped off in July to Iraq for a 2nd tour is coming home. On Labor Day 9/5 he was injuried by an IED that sent him for a loop and sustained injury to his leg. On 9/30 while in camp a mortar attack hit him again and Thank God is still in one piece. His injuries were serious enough that he was sent to Germany, where he is presently hospitalized. They will be sending him stateside for rehabilitation soon. I been worried about him for some time, he had some reservations about this tour. I just hope this will not effect his real job as a civil servant.

wishes for your friend, and hope that he doesn't have to go back. A guy from my area is on his third tour. We're all praying he makes it home.
