In light of a few things, can we file Rico yet?
Edited on Mon Oct-10-05 12:44 AM by hootinholler
1: Coordinated illegal manipulation of the Vote and Voters.

2: Money laundering operation in at least 2 States (Ohio and Texas) by the RNC.

3: Manipulation of intelligence product, to include the illegal disclosure of covert WMD tracking activities.

4: Subversion of Constitutional rights by passing unconstitutional legislation. (may not be an actual crime, but it should be.)

5: Capricious rendering of "aid" to alleged Hurricane victims in republican districts in Florida.

6: Capricious withholding of aid to highly democratic areas in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.

The election issues alone qualify for RICO charges. The PNAC provides a partial list of the players and a written plan. All that is needed is to show that those people broke laws to implement the plan, and all are indictable under RICO.

Feel free to pile on.

2. I doubt it. I doubt any atty would be able to prove any of it!
Accusations are easy to make, and we all may know they are true, but proof is something lese!

You do realize we couldn't even prove voter fraud in Fl after SIX YEARS!!!!

3. Then go after something else.
There's plenty to choose from. All RICO requires is that laws were broken in an organization that has a, shall we say, a "Culture of Corruption?"

Thus the Title of the law: Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations.

Quacks like a duck...

5. No, it doesn't only apply to the sopranos.
Oh, I'm sorry, you were being sarcastic, my bad.

The question is, where can we find a prosecutor who can actually file the charges?
