Wendy bird brain Wright, pervayer of lies & misinformation

Wendy of Concerned Women for America was on Wash. Journal this a.m.

Wendy's concerned women want every pregnant woman or girl to carry the fetus to full term, period.

doesen't matter if it kills or ruins the woman or girl (Wendy says that nowadays women don't have pregnancy and delivery problems cause our docs. are so good, but in the same breath she told of women whose doc. had wanted them to abort because the fetus was damanged or the woman's health was in trouble - didn't listen to their docs and had healthy babies???)

in rapid fire she spewed lies and misinformation about abortion, pregnancy and delivery.

is she really a woman? does she hate women?

religious kool aide has degraded her thinking powers.

somebody tie her to a kitchen table and not let her out of the house again until she recovers.

2. Calling Wendy Wright a birdbrain is insulting to birds.
Why would you do that? Birds are quite intelligent and are great to watch. They are majestic while in flight.

3. It just goes to show that anybody can start an organization...
and they can call it whatever the hell they want.

I mean, I'm a male liberal Canadian, and even ~I~ could start an organization called "American Women With Will" (AWWW) and with the right spokeswoman we could start talking about, well, anything really. From 'Condoms and their affect on air quality' to 'Breaking the chains of male dominated religious culture'.

See. It's easy. And you know what? The networks will give you lip service without even reading the content on your website. Crazy huh?

5. Concerned Women for America has a long history....
I posted this in another Wendy-centric thread:

Beverly LaHaye founded the CWA to oppose the Equal Rights Amendment. Check the site to see the issues currently being pushed by the Religious Right. (They don't like Victoria's Secret or Harriet Miers):

www.cwfa.org/main.asp

Beverly LaHaye met her husband Tim at Bob Jones University. Here's a profile from Sojourners magazine, detailing the couple's influential role in the growth of the Religious Right & the shaky theology behind his "Left Behind" books:

www.sojo.net/index.cfm?action=magazine.article&issue=so...

Tim founded Christian Heritage College, now called San Diego Christian College:

The mission of San Diego Christian College is to equip Christians to contribute to society and thereby influence the world through knowledge, skills, and godly character within the framework of biblical and scientific creationism, and the authority and inerrancy of the Scripture.

& he helped found The Institute for Creation Research:

Wendy Wright is not a Lone Nut. Unfortunately.
