Here's the complete list of last Friday's Gas bill voters - 212 to 210

In case you want to write to those who voted YES while Delay, Hastert and pals ran around the floor twisting arms for Yes votes.

Here's the info on the bill (another one that helps big oil companies and does NOTHING about price gouging or helping consumers). And in case you forgot, this is the one given 5 mins for voting that the Republicans held open for 50minutes until they got all the votes they wanted - then gaveled the vote closed.

I'm not sure if it works, but we need to be loud. These jack-asses need to be told often and forcefully that there are people paying attention as they abuse the citizen's best interest.

3. Even though I live in the red, red state of SC...

Somehow, mysteriously, my congressman is a Democrat. And he voted no, of course.

He's heard from me on several issues and now has sent me two letters in response to calls I've made to him. I'm glad at least my representative is sane and decent...
