Binka, Ben & Balboa .. Great News

Hi Again,

To our Du Family, Your Thoughts, Prayers, Thoughts, Energy and Vibes worked Miracles... Along with A Mothers Love!

I just got off the phone with Binka, and Ben is in stable condition and will be heading back to the states TOMORROW! He is heading to Bethesda Naval Medical Center, and it looks like he will be there between 2 to 3 weeks, then transfered back to Balboa and his Auntie Moe (a nurse who specializes in wound care)...

Mary said that the Nurses and Doctors were AMAZED at the progress that he made. They said that Binka being there was such an amazing and positive experience and had such a wonderful effect ... his wounds, according to the nurse who dressed them this afternoon, got significantly better. A Mothers Love and Touch certainly works WONDERS... Along with the special Prayers, Thoughts and Vibes from our Special Family at DU... It is amazing the Power of Positive Thought and Love and what it can achieve!

Lets keep that energy flowing for Ben and ALL our Men and Women in Harms Way. And Lets not forget the energy and focus in bringing this Evil Empire and these WAR Criminals Down! IT IS HAPPENING NOW... SELF Destruction of this Evil Administration is a Wonderful Thing... It is just too sad what a price innocent people have had to pay for their GREED! (END OF RANT)

Binka was due to come home on Sunday, but I have re-booked her for Saturday Morning. Ben is leaving tomorrow at 10:00 am. I will let Binka share in her own words the special time that she spent with Ben. I will speak to her tomorrow morning and see how we can arrange to meet with some of the DU'ers from Germany if possible. IF there is anyone who would like to get together for a Hug and a Smile, maybe even a glass of wine, Please email me at croce56@hotmail.com with your contact info, and we can make arrangements accordingly.

I will be signing off as Binka's ghost writer for now, I just want you all to know, from my heart and soul, that it has been an honor and privilege being a part of this Very Special Community - DU Rocks! Thank you all for the outpouring and support for our family. The Love and Compassion that we have been blessed with, has provided us with the strength to get us through this very difficult time! More importantly, it has had a remarkable impact on Ben's Healing and Recovery... BTW... Mary read the posts from the original thread and the "Candle" Thread... Ben was so blown away... and wanted to know, who are these people, what is this community! Don't be surprised to see a post in the near future from Ben, thanking you all for your love and support!

The next post that you will read will be from BINKA! The most wonderful and amazing woman in the world, she is My Rock!

I've been watching for this post. So relieved.

I kept saying to myself after I saw the post that gave Mom Binka the resource list to go to Ben that NOT hearing from her was probably a good thing because she probably found a way to get to him.

I am so happy I am crying. I did not realize how heavy a weight I carried in my heart for Binka and Ben. Whenever Ben gets to the DU, be sure and have him PM me so I can welcome him to the DU personally.

Times ahead may still be difficult, but your homecoming is great news! We're here for you, Ben. Take care.

I was a little surprised myself how much Ben's situation affected my family---it was like the boy next door was wounded. We've all awaited any word and I am so pleased to hear the latest progress. I am so delighted that things are improving daily for Ben and that Binka will be back to you and Peyton soon.
