1. The Ultimate GE Propaganda machine spun it! They emphasized that
the soldiers just wanted to get what they wanted to say, right, and then they immediately went into a story on the Iraq voting. Adding that this is so impt. to President Bush and getting the troops home soon.... :puke:

3. yes, voting on an unseen "constitution" that REPRESSES WOMEN and
bases the law on SHARIA, turning iraq into an IRANIA-STYLE ISLAMIC STATE is so very very very important.

Guess GE Inc missed Cheney the dick saying we'll be YEARS and Strawman Jack saying TEN YEARS.

Just hang in there for another decade or two! We're almost at the corner! Light in the tunnel!

6. As to sending Iraqi women back into the stoneage.. Isn't it amazing
that the press that has been applauded at finding their teeth have not really touched this? They are still being kept on a leash.

7. When has the M$M to date bothered to mention the 2004 law in Afghanistan?
The one that reduces women to 3rd class citizens and makes it a felony to "insult" the Quoran?

Gee...they haven't mentioned that yet.

In fact, they still haven't bothered to mention the fact that we are STILL WAITING for bush to show us that "white paper" showing proof of UBL's complicity in the 911 attacks.

9. Frankly, I bet a good many in MSM don't know or for that matter care

about Afghanistan and women's non-rights. They also fail to mention that outside of Kabul, Afghanistan has once again been taken into the hands of war lords, where women are routinely kidnapped, raped and killed. Nor, how often do they mention the record opium crops? The CIA is still doing very well financing their black ops with the drug trade, thank you very much!

As to the American people, out of MSM sight, out of mind.

Meanwhile..... the pipeline, the real reason for the invasion of Aghanistan, is being built. After all, the Taliban offered to turn Osama over to a third party country, didn't they?

Bush show the "white paper" on Osama??? Ha! The white paper is like Alice's white rabbit. Imaginary.

10. Agreed; like them always referring to al Sistani as an "IRAQI" Shi'ite.
He is IRANIAN, not Iraqi. But I've not yet seen a single M$M get that correct.

You & I are in absolute agreement re Afghanistan. Most Americans aren't even aware of the fact that the large majority of the world opposed bush's invasion of Afghanistan. I'm glad the bullshit re Iraq is out in the open in the USSA...but I wish the facts on Afghanistan were, as well. Maybe in a few years. If we survive that long.

2. Good Morning America had a good segment on it.
Claire Shipman spoke of the "unraveling" of *'s presidency.

She raised the points of DeLay under indictment and problems involving the President's and Vice President's chief political advisors.

Showed three polls showing *'s approval at 37%, 38%, and 39%, respectively. Also mentioned a PEW poll that, for the first time in his term, a majority feel * will be seen as an unsuccessful President.

8. The Today crew seemed more interested in presenting the
"man crush phenomena" than a photo op gone wrong. :silly:

Nobody mentioned Chris Matthews' man crush on DimWit. :-(
