BB: If he did in fact knowingly out an CIA agent, that's what it is. We know they're involved, but we don't know the actual words of the law. Very high bars for the prosecutor to reach for. But perjury is another crime.

Meirs thing interesting -- rw attack on her. Not an appropriate nomination. There are many qualified R's for this court. But the way the rw is going after her is odd. She's very loyal to Bush. They should be very assured that she'll follow what he wants. If she were married with family or were a man, they wouldn't do this to her. Prejudice there (on rw's part).
