Don't forget....Bush's winkie is RIGHT in the vice.
We are all upside down giggly about Rove, Libby, and Cheney being prepared for a free federal opportunity to have anal sex. But let me remind of a point of pure joy. BUSH was grilled for an hour by Fitzgerald. He’s on record now with his statements and they’re being comported against everything the grand jury has been hearing for TWO YEARS!

That was also way before all the lapses of memory seemed to improve with jail stays and suddenly found notebooks. It’s inconceivable his testimony won’t be contradicted. If sufficient evidence can be corroborated that he lied, he’s fucked. That was the thread Star pulled that took Clinton down.

We may be in for more jubilation than we can possibly imagine. I hope they drag him out by his feet with a chain, put him in a blue dress, throw him in the back of a watermelon truck, and haul him to Mexico!!!

3. oh, he never LIES. He misstates, misremembers, misunderestimates.
But lie? My gawd, apparently they need to invent a device that records his thoughts before any journalist can even say the word LIE.

8. but he didn't testify under oath
at least that is my understanding. it was the next best arrangement other than being able to sit on unka dick's lap and let him play ventriloquist. so are you sure he can be arrested? I sure do wish...

16. He also talked to Cheney around the same time.
Maybe Cheney said about the same things that Bush did and it has to stand up to the rest of the testimony.

19. That's why I threw out the reminder.
I think many people may be forgetting about this. I don't think the importance of this benign meeting (as Bush thought at the time) can be over emphasized. BUSH IS ON RECORD WITH SPECIAL PROSECUTOR . Nuts right in the cracker.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A3668-2004Jun24.html

President Bush was interviewed for more than an hour yesterday by a special prosecutor investigating whether administration officials illegally disclosed the name of a covert CIA officer last summer.

Special prosecutor Patrick J. Fitzgerald and several assistants questioned the president for about 70 minutes in the Oval Office yesterday morning. A White House spokesman declined to comment on the substance of the interview but said Bush, who was accompanied by a private lawyer, was not placed under oath.

Fitzgerald's session with Bush comes amid a flurry of recent interviews and subpoenas from investigators who have operated in almost complete secrecy for six months, giving little outward indication of where the probe is headed. White House counsel Alberto R. Gonzales testified on June 18 before a grand jury taking testimony in the case, and it was revealed in early June that prosecutors had interviewed Vice President Cheney
