A general question about LBN, GD, and GDP ?

A general question about LBN, GD, and GDP ?

I have assumed that LBN is for headlines and news that is filtered thru the mainstream media and require a link and the same headline that is in the article. General Discussion Politics should be related to the political issues of the day. But what then should be in "General Discussion"? Should that only be politics also? Or is that like the "opinion page" of DU? No doubt, some topics need to be in the Lounge, if they are about TV stars and small talk, etc.
