15. Senator Harkin has been interested in this for a while now

In fact, last year, he tried to get fairness into AFN by introducing a bill to get progressive talk on said network. I believe it was sort of a non-binding resolution or something like that. Harkin, not Harken btw. He's our Senator and we like him.
