Georgia's Voter Identification Law Barred

Hopefully other states with this BS law, including my own, follow suit.

ATLANTA, Ga. - A federal judge Tuesday blocked Georgia from enforcing a new state law requiring voters to show photo identification at the polls.

Supporters of the law said they would challenge the ruling.

"We'll appeal it until the Supreme Court makes a decision. Hopefully by then the president will have a good conservative court up there that understands the will of the people," said Republican state Sen. Don Balfour.

Now, I know a challenge through the courts will take a lot longer than Nove 8th!

Anybody know what happens with any voting that occurrs before these idiots "could get" a favorable ruling?

I'm actually hoping that it does go all the say to the SCOTUS and then gets shot down, but that's going to take a long time!
