2. A senator asked her if she believed that the Pres. had to come
back to the senate before going into war with Syria or Iran for a vote. She wouldn't answer.
Then I heard the voice yelling and Order was called.

4. The way I remember the Iraq resolution is if they could tie attacking
Iran or Syria to Iraq then the resolution allows them to attack without coming back to the senate.
