Separately, on Teusday three Afghans working for an American security firm USPI, were hurt one possbily killed by a road side bomb in Kandahar, provincial governor, Assadullah Khalid said.
He had no details about the attack that happened on a main dirt road outside Kandahar city, but said there were no foreigners on board the vehicle.
The U.S. military in Kabul said it had no information about police's killings, the second of its kind this month.
