Anyone see those pathetic oil company commericals?

BP's was the worst.

"As prices are going up, we are working hard to answer your questions: <Bad actress fumbling lines> Are we going to be on foreign oil forever?

We at BP are working hard for new energy sources. We spent over $30 million on exploration for oil on the GULF COAST. We are working to making alternative energy a reality, including hydrogen cells. BP: Beyond Petroleum."

Self-congratulating fucks! Here's $2.75 a gallon. We're fucking you hard, but look at us and what we're doing for our bottom line. . .er, you, our treasured consumer.
