If you were a Grand Juror, how pissed would you be that you've
been sitting on this GJ for how long now? 2years? and Rove and Miller and Libby keep coming back saying OH LOOK WHAT I FOUND!! or CAN I CLARFY MY PREVIOUS 3 APPEARANCES before you again?

Impeachment won't happen till Repug Congressmen and women return home to their districts and see dismal poll numbers and hear from their constituents regarding this matter

There is no court precedent to back that up, but since an opinion written by Nixon's Solicitor General, Robert Bork, this has been the position of the DOJ.
11. DeLay was never called before the Texas Grand Juries
and he received two indictments.
The only thing that somebody who is not called to testify before the grand jury cannot be indicted for is committing perjury in testimony before the grand jury!

Nobody has to "go before the grand jury" in order to be indicted. I don;t know who told you that piece of shit lie, but they were out of their fucking minds!
2. What a great catch! I think always that I wish I was there,
but it must be something like a pilot's credo (to paraphrase): Hours of unending boredom followed by seconds of sheer terror. I'm thinking it's getting good now, finally.
just really, really tired. But I hope I'd take satisfaction from knowing that I was doing the right thing for all the right reasons. Everyone on the grand jury is a true :patriot:
