Having admitted he has been a Hillbilly Heroin drug addict the last 5 years, indicates everything he has ever said this past 5 years has been in a drug-induced mental state.

If he were an African American, Mexican American or a poor White American, living in a poor part of town, he would be called a heroin junkie or many other street or police lingo labels. What's the difference? He purchased street drugs, not prescription drugs. If he were smart, with his money, he could have visited a half a dozen doctors gotten half a dozen prescriptions and had them filled in different pharmacies. It wouldn't change the fact that he is a drug addict though.

If poor Tommy Chong had to go to prison for selling bongs, shouldn't this jackass have charges filed against him?
