I suppose I _am_ conventionally stupid.

Even so, because of the significance this will have to the WH I am pretty sure Fitz' has already told them his intention.

Because the WH response will probably involve shuffling new people into positions, those changes are probably now set.

My personal feeling is we will learn the magnitude of Fitz' actions from Scotty as he tries to get out in front of the crisis by announcing any new appointments.
