More faith based foreign policy
First our nonsense in Iraq, where we come to a conlusion and then try to find evidence to support it. The more clear it is the conclusion was wrong, the more stubborn the administration becomes in defending it.

Now this new "get tough on Cuba" nonscense. We have been doing this for 40 years, and it doesn't work!!! This admin is so frustratingly stupid!!!! I think they secretly want Cuba to remain governed by Castro so they keep using him as a straw man to get the cuban-american vote in Florida.

Any opinions

1. If they have the audacity...
To attempt to invade Cuba, I would expect they would be in for quite the surprise.

Sad thing is, I really think they have the audacity. Scary, that.

2. An old adadge says that...
...sunlight is the surest way to clean evil. Or something like that anyway. If Bush really wanted to cuse the downfall of Castro he'd open the country for travel. Several 10's of thousands of tourists later Cuba would look more like Miami, and the influx of money would do more in 2 years than 40 of embargo.

3. They will not go into Cuba I am willing to bet.
If I recall father Bush used the Wall coming down to make the army smaller so he would have money and Clinton never rebuilt it up if I recall. Our army is bogged down in Iraq, and we can not make war with any one. In fact we are now using the reserve because we are at the end. We will need a draft. Our corp also do not seem to be getting to the army the things they need. Like water.
