1. Win Louisiana close, lose Kentucky close
No idea about Mississippi without a poll, other than a guess it's extremely close. The state is 37% African-American but the turnout never mirrors that. Frankly, the Mississippi online media sources don't do a very good job, but I would say 2/3 of the coverage has focused on Barbour's campaign.

Probably too much ethical baggage in Kentucky. Plus I think that state is trending more Republican with the NASCAR dad set. I don't pretend to know about the legislatures or Philly mayoral.

These races are only weeks away but with surprisingly few updates. I was expecting much more info after the CA recall ended.
