To everyone fretting about the "two indictments" story
look here at the first Delay indictment, it's him, Colyandro and Ellis all indicted for conspiracy in the same indictment

It seems that indictments are handed down per offense, not per person

4. If any indictments, it will probably be one or two
I don't know why DUers are assuming this will tear down or touch everybody. Here's my preediction:

A) No indictments

B) If any indictments, they will be limited to the following:

I. Lewis Libby - 1 count perjury
I. Lewis Libby - 1 count obstruction of justice

I will use "I'm an idiot for being wrong about Fitzgerald's investigation" in my signature line for a month if it goes beyong A or B.
