Cheney's Energy Task Force...will this be available for Fitz? Tenet...why

wasn't he called to testify to the GJ? I'm sure that these questions have already been addressed in DU on some thread, but I'm curious about answers, and I've not read about them yet. Hope you DUers can help! (I had at least one other burning question, but I've forgotten it!) Another just remembered...sealed indictments...Will we really not know the individuals involved, if they are sealed?

To summarize:

1.) Will Fitz be able to access the Energy Task Force meetings' notes?

2.) Why wasn't Tenet called to testify for the Grand Jury, if Cheney stated him as the source for Plame's identity?

3.) Sealed indictments...Why should this information be hidden from the public?
