Description The Center on Poverty, Work and Opportunity is hosting a debate on poverty between Senator John Edwards and Jack Kemp, former Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The event will be moderated by Dan Gitterman, Assistant Professor of Public Policy at UNC.

but Edwards was doing smaller campaign stops. It will be great to see him in person.

I met him in July of '04 with Kerry when
they were campaigning together right after
JK picked him. He is VERY charismatic!
