Anti-war activist Sheehan lies down in front of White House in Washington

Cindy Sheehan (bottom), the military mother who made her son's death in Iraq a rallying point for the anti-war movement, lies down in front of the White House in Washington, D.C. October 25, 2005 protesting the war in Iraq. From New York's Times Square to a lawn outside an old government building in Hawaii, American anti-war activists prepared to mark the 2,000th U.S. military death in Iraq with prayer, candlelight and protest.

1. I look at this picture

and think to myself...God it looks cold and wet there. I couldn't do that. Actually, I couldn't lie down in the street and get back up!
