9. I just opened a beer.
Beer. It's not just for breakfast any more.

When the going gets tough, the tough drink beer.

If science teaches us anything, it teaches us to accept our failures, as well as our successes, with quiet dignity and grace.

Will the indictments come today? Who knows, there's so much speculation.

7. I think it's just wishful thinking on their part.
They and MSNBC have been talking about this all morning, but I think when it comes right down to it, CNN doesn't want to have to say "Breaking News: Indictments handed down".

10. That's Fine With Me....I Like A Good Drama
As the saying goes...a lie makes it around the world, before the truth gets its pants on. Many of us on DU have been following this case intimately since the outset...we know many of the "facts" now coming to light in the corporate media...and if we are being vindicated with our previous predictions by these revelations, imagine what Mr. Fitzgerald and that Grand Jury have experienced.

Remember, a while ago, this investigation was framed as "the case to get Wilson". I think that remark was made by one of the judges as justification to jail Judy Miller. This speaks loudly as to what this investigation has been about and that new revelations and testimony are just making this process take a little longer.

Look at those Will Pitt Truthout stories from 2003...the storyline is right there, folks. It's just been the waiting game that's kept this scandal from reaching its natural conclusion later rather than sooner.

Stay tuned. If Fitzgerald asks for an extention, that's not a bad thing. It means there's more he needs to investigate or more the jury wants him to look into. This grand jury will either vote out indictments...just let 'em do it right.
