I've been thinking about the media factor and Fitz...I am thinking
stealth...maybe even super stealth, something unexpected, different, fresh. What do you think DU?

2. Can't agree, maybe more like letting the air out of a balloon slowly...
It's seemed to me for the last two weeks that Fitzgerald has probably sanctioned some of the disclosures that we've been hearing as a way to prepare the minds of American people for the news of indictments whenever they come.

Much as this is a legal proceeding, it's effectiveness will be played out in the "court of public opinion." Rove and his ilk only have so much power because American people were willing to let him have it and keep it. For that to change, people need to wrestle with the idea and come terms with the fact of their playing hand and glove into their own oppression. We have been misled because we've turned a blind eye on the leadership...

Stealth and super stealth may be tools to get the MSM to take notice, but to foster deep soul searching and true reflection, drama won't help.

3. He hasn't kept a super duper lid on his
investigation for nothing. What they don't know they can't muddy the water on like they did tonight when they found out about the FBI interviewing Wilson's neighbors.
They don't know who to protect the most and who to toss to the wolves, and I'm loving it.

He may have some explosive indictments (I hope)

5. Not too long ago he requested that congress
not start an investigation probably because of what happened with Ollie North.
I keep thinking of what the judge said when deciding to incarcerate Judith Miller...this is a serious National security matter.

12. No...although tonite...
a reporter from the local newspaper took my picture with my sign, at the local vigil. Then some guy driving by in a truck thought we were celebrating the war and started screaming that he didn't vote for Bush. He drove up the street and turned around, and came back and stopped. Brave soul that i am i walked over to his pick-up and he asked me what was going on, and did any of us vote for Bush! I explained that it was a vigil for those that had lost their lives, and he gave me the thumbs up for being on the side of the angels. Sort of a reverse red-neck attack. It's great to see people getting all fumed up about what's going on though.

16. That is no doubt, my friend. But I'm not so sure that involves...
...any sort of media calculation. I think his calculations are strictly legal.

18. I know very little about him, as do the rest of us, but...
...in everything I've seen about him, I get the impression that he doesn't have much patience for anything but the law. But that's just my impression.

NGU.

19. I can see that. So far he certainly doesn't work with the press...
you could be right. Meaning he will just focus on the legal matters and let the press coverage fall where it may, huh?
