She says that her sources say the final presentation was made and they WILL ANNOUNCE TOMORROW for what CNN calls a double dose of bad news for Bush!

They didn't confirm anything just that Fitz is expected to make an announcement tomorrow.

They're all over the Miers stuff. Was it a fast announcement?

I just heard them say that no announcements were coming today. And the GJ received all of the paperwork yesterday and that a decision was likely to come tomorrow. However, they are not certain.

They also mentioned something about the White House not getting a double dose of bad news today.

Please, if anything with no announcements of indictments today, I would say this a double dose of good news for them.

Has anyone been right about when indictments are coming? Seems to me they are all guessing. I'm just going to park myself by the tvand:popcorn:

It's the last possible day with this jury. He would have to get another GJ to continue on. It will be tomorrow.

or he can ask for an extension with a new Grand Jury.

Although the buzz is that this will be a wrap-up rather than an announcement of an extention, for what that's worth. Whatever he does, we will at least know what is going to happen in the future tomorrow, so stay tuned.

I like the speculation making the rounds that the fact Fitzgerald is playing out the string here is to give the targets one last chance to flip or sing...and this happens, it could open the doors to bigger things.

According to this scenario the double dose would be not only the passing out of indictments (Rove & Libby), but also the setting of a new Grand Jury that would be mandated for a wider investigation that surely would have a Crashcart in its sights.

For fun...scan your local hate radio stations today...see if anyone dares to put a spin point out...or see if they bury themselves in Harriet...like a kid knowing a bad report card just arrived in the mail and it's just about to be opened.

all week someone's sources have said it's today or tomorrow or yesterday or whatever. Fitzmas Eve has been 4 days long! :silly:

The odds are very good at this point that it will be tomorrow, given that the GJ term runs up, but I am not even getting excited until I see Fitzy or his spokespeople or whomever standing at the podium making the announcement.
