How can the pubs be so incredulous about Plame
They act as if it's impossible for them to believe the cabal is capable of outing a CIA operative and cooking the intelligence leading up to the war.
Let's see, they slimed McCain, moved on to Max Cleland, financed the Swift Boat assholes, not to mention what they did to Scott Ridder and Hans Blitz. I really can't figure out why it's such a stretch for them to realize that this is how they operate. In fact, it's there standard operating procedure.
I could never imagine myself aligned with the party of Rush Limbaugh, Pat Robertson, Michelle Malkin, Sean Hannity, Anne Coulter or Jerry Fallwell.
We may not always agree on everything, but atleast there is open debate here.
You know, I was trying to figure out and put into words how I've been feeling since bush* stole the 2000 election and started his illegal, immoral war and I came up with this analogy; It's as if an uninvited guest came into my home, took over my house and then took a big dump in the middle of my living room floor. I guess I could move out, but it is my house, so I'll keep trying to clean up the mess and hope that sooner rather than later the stench will go away.
And make no mistake, the bush* admin has left their rotten stench all over this country and beyond. Hopefully the cabal will implode soon and the 2006 elections will bring fresh air for us all.
I mentioned a few people the bush* admin trashed prior to and since invading the White House, if you can think of anymore, feel free to add their names here.

2. Name a race and you've got a shameless attack.
The Betty Castor crap in Florida was eyeball-rollingly idiotic...but marginally effective. I personally think she too won the senate seat just as Kerry won the presidency save for dirty tricks and privately held machines.

6. Al Gore
He was frequently misrepresented by the * cabal and the RW noise machine during his 2000 Presidential campaign. From the "inventing" the Internet thing, to saying "he'll say anything to get elected," etc.

Almost every republican candidate running for a major office in the last ten years has told at least two lies about their opponent.

One was the small, socially acceptable lie. John Kerry is a flip-flopper. The other would be the nasty outrageous lie, like the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth.

Truth? Yeah, right!

Violating the ninth commandment for fun and profit and pretending to be god's people.

If not for the constant brainwashing of corporate weasel media, republican heads would explode like the aliens in Mars Attacks! just from the cognitive dissonance.

Edited for clarification

8. Freepers are already starting to smear Fitzgerald.
Saying he is drawing this investigation out because he likes attention. - LOL!

After one freeper saw pix of Fitz, he said Fitz looked like a "madman." - Yeah, right.

Said Fitz is not competent. - Oh, that is believable.

Said Fitz is being paid by the Dems. - Yeah, Fitz is SO political.

Saying Fitz is dragging the investigation out so he can make more money. - So lame.

BTW, these comments are in reply to a bio article on Fitz where it says he went after Gambino and is currently going after Daley. The article also talked about how APOLITICAL Fitz is.

These people are morans and won't believe their eyes and ears.
Pathetic.

9. Their projection is a symptom of pathological self-loathing.
Unable to deal with their own perversions, even with the 'help' of Gawd, they perform a kind of mental exorcism - seeing their own corruption in everyone else. In this way, their self-loathing draws them together into kind of suicide pact, like lemmings over a cliff. This is the root of the Armageddon fantasy of people so overwhelmed with their own inability to fight their schizophrenic selves that they look longlingly at both "end times" and some mythical past in sheer escapism.

The bottom-line failing is that we just don't train our children to become responsible adults in our society - we accustom them to believe they're blame-ridden and unlovable. So unlovable, in fact, that it takes a God to do it.

We have a lot of work to do.

13. Thanks. I think my 1st paragraph says what I want ...
... but I'm not as comfortable with the 2nd as I was when I wrote it. Oh well. (sigh) There's something pithy to say in that vein, but I only came close and nipped it. (Putting words to such thoughts is like biting at an apple on a string while blindfolded and hands tied behind my back. Tough to get a good chomp at it.)
