Sounds like he's still in Fitzie's crosshairs. Not a good place to be!

3. Let's just chill and wait for the official word.
The NYT article -- which could be wrong anyhow -- said only that he won't be charged TOMORROW. Clearly, Fitzgerald isn't finished with him yet.

4. He's not getting off
He's still under investigation. The LAST to be indicted is the real target...give the bottom feeders someone to roll on.

19. I'll Go Out On A Limb Here:
Maybe Scooter or rOVER are one of the "little guys" that will gat a plae agreement to get to the real targets, the "higher ups"? I heard somewhere today on t.v. (Had a rare day off) that if a plea is made it is usually with the underlings in order to get to the "big guys." I think it was a response to the possibilityu of rOVER trying to make a deal (plae). Just a thought. I am not nearly as informed and well-read as many here are.

6. Bullshit. Get the Story Straight.
You are doing nothing but getting people worked up with the wrong information.

He will still be under investigation and the GJ is to be extended -- from the NYT.

7. Rove is still being sweated for information
That's how I read this.

Fitz thinks Libby has enough backbone not to flip and Karl doesn't.

17. Golly, you really don't know how it works, do you?
So they indict Libby. Let him twist slowly, ever slowly in the wind for a while. Watch his former associates turn from him. Get bitter. Then, they lay in a fine soucon' of pressure and deals. This for that, that for this.

Boom.

It's like catching a 12 inch trout and then using it as bait for a 40 pound Striper. We do it all the time in the Delaware River.

24. i hope you are right .....
I thought that Rove would sing like birdie .....
he is just a little punk.

I think this is just the opening shot.

It's like catching a 12 inch trout and then using it as bait for a 40 pound Striper. We do it all the time in the Delaware River.

I did that on the French River in Ontario .... a little small mouth bass and we got
a muskie ...... too bad after 10 minutes the muskie got close to the canoe and spit
the chewed up bass in the boat.

20. If so, Rove is the weasel we thought he was!
Rove is the lowest of the low if he has been bought to 'barbecue' Cheney's gang. Sure we want Bush's gang and Cheney's gang behind bars but not this way.

...that's who I'd want. That's who I think all this traces to.
Give me Cheney and get your indictment dropped---maybe that's the deal.
