5. Judge put judy in jail because fitz case looked so serious/nat'l security
Judge was not fooled by judy's first amendment blather. That should tell us something.

3. Fitz goes before the judge, provides evidence that the scandal...
traces further into the White House, and says he can get Rove, and possibly others, if given more time. He has the head of Libby on a platter as evidence that he's an effective investigator.

The judge then extends the GJ for another term, up to the 36 month limit.

That's just my speculation.
