Isn't the Fitzgerald press conference scheduled for 1pm CST (2pm EST)?

The Fitzgerald press conference is scheduled for 1pm CST (2pm EST), is it not?
That is when I plan to escape my cube and listen to car radio.
But now I'm confused by all the references to noon around here.
What's going on presently, other than more waiting game?

I'm just glad I set my vcr from 11:00 to 6:00p.m. I can't miss the Fitz!:D
