I can open pdfs if I wait a while, but this opens immediately to a blank page for me. The second link opens fine, but this pdf goes to blank. Anyone have it in any other form? Thanks much.

27. It says that on or about early June of 2003 that the Vice President told

Libby that Plame worked for the CIA on WMDs. Doesn't say the "office of VP", just flat out says the Vice President told Libby about Plame's identity.

and the rest basically says that Libby was in violation of it (US Code 18, 793)---but, he was not indicted on espionage....makes me think he cut a deal to testify truthfully about "higher ups."
