MSNBC: Libby would not be going to a "country club prison" if convicted
He will be going to a poundyouintheass federal prison :)

Abrams does not see any way that Libby does not serve time if convicted. The federal guidelines do not allow it.

3. He is not considering things like Libby making a deal or getting a pardon
Just looking at what the law provides for a sentence if convicted.

White Collar crimes versus murder, etc.

5. It totally depends on which one he goes to.
The one in Danbury is a complete country club. The one were Martha was is as well.

I don't see him doing 'hard time' with hardened criminals. Just ain't going to happen.

7. That was the point of their discussion, that there are no
longer country club prisons in the federal system. They don't exist anymore according to Abrams.
