The indictment, near the beginning references that Fitz was investigating a possible violation of US Code 18, Sec. 793--otherwise known as the Espionage Act. The rest of the evidence presented, IMHO, clearly shows that Libby violated that act by knowingly revealing classified information.
However, Libby was not indicted on that charge. That makes me think that Libby cut a deal for less jail time in exchange for his testimony against "official A," as well as others not mentioned by name in the indictment.
With the news that a new GJ will be seated to continue the investigation, I believe Fitz has the "canary" he needs to put the finishing touch on the others. I see a violation of the Espionage Act being levelled against a lot of people.
Just my opinion, and my prediction.
