...anti-choice. It's entirely possible that he's pro-choice, or that he recognizes that his personal moral feelings on the subject do not apply to the law.

People are able to do that, you know. Take a look at all the Catholic politicians in Canada who were able to set aside their religious views, recognized that they live in a democracy, not a theocracy and vote in favour of legalizing same sex marriages against their church's wishes. As a matter of fact, some parish priests are refusing to give these politicians communion because they didn't toe the line.

Aren't judges supposed to be impartial? Fitz seems like a very impartial guy. Just wants to uphold the letter of the law, and let the chips fall where they may.
