An Important Question that never got asked of Fitzgerald during Press Conf

Are there any sealed indictments that were filed? We know KKKarl is still on the hook. Fitzgerald made it clear that this GJ was done. With any evidence that they heard and saw during 4 GJ testimonies plus statements made to investigators the jurors could have made a determination. I don't understand how Fitz can have leverage without an indictment. I
