Andrea Mitchell announces that there was "no real damage"
done in the outing of Valerie Plame. Seems like someone told her that the After Action Report didn't show any real damage.

I wonder if the Wilson's and the CIA would agree with Andrea "BushWipe" Mitchell ...

I didn't know the report was public. Is it classified information? If so, who is telling Andrea?

Maybe we should ask Andrea ... What is "real"??

but he had earlier stated that "her cover was blown"

Also, that her ID was secret: It was not common knowledge, as the GOP talking heads want us to think. No one without security clearance knew what Valerie Plame's real job was.

11. Thanks, I thought I heard that
and then I tuned into Hannity talking to Mary Matalin and he said, somewhat astonishingly, that FItz danced around the question of her covert status.

I was beginning to think I was crazy because I thought I'd heard it so clearly.

12. I don't think he said she was covert
but he said it was "classified." Which doesn't mean she wasn't covert since Fitz would put in only relevant and necessary descriptors that would apply to the charges being made. So in this case "classified" would be sufficient to make his case.

10. Bob Woodward (R-BFEE) said the same thing last night - HE LIED BIGTIME.
Woodward said that there was an investigation into whether any harm was done and it came up with nothing.

Fitzgerald didn't come to that conclusion, Bobbyboy. I trust him over you, you BFEE tool.

Woodward also never found anything wrong in IranContra, BCCI, Iraqgate, Enron, etc......

15. GOP spin all over the news

Saw this spin on MSNBC this morning. The spin is that it's no real damage if it's just about lying to the grand jury or lying to the FBI. People "forget" things all the time. Their spin is if Fitzgerald cannot prove the original charge of outing the CIA agent, then it's no real damage to the administration.

That is the spin anyway.

that the report stated that people died as a result of the outing of Valerie Plame.

So I guess that just means that Andrea doesn't believe this is real damage.
