1. Toobin doesn't have the slightest idea
who is "safe" and who is not. Fitzgerald is playing high stakes poker, and somehow, I don't think he's showing Jeffrey Toobin his hand.

It isn't over till the fat lady sings, and I haven't even started warming up yet .

3. he's been wrong in all his prior predictions
and his book about Clinton was unreadably bad.

If he were a great attorney, that's what he'd be doing, not playing one on TV.

5. They're all spinning it that way.

And I feel strongly that they are incorrect. Everything Fitz did today speaks for "more to come".

I see a clear call for conspiracy charges, which was conspicuously absent in today's indictment.

That's why Rove is dangling. If Fitz is firming up conspiracy charges we may have only seen a little of what is to come.

If it *is* conspiracy, then Libby will also likely be caught up in that. To Fitz, this may be great leverage.

6. That because the only source they have is....uh, Rove.
What do you think he's going to say? "Oh, yeah, I'm completely fucked."

Fitz isn't leaking. Hence, it's coming from Rove's end.
