What's your reaction to the first day of Fitzmas?

1. In my magical little kingdom I would have moved all the soldiers
to surround the White house and arrest the lot of them. In time things should get interesting. I wanted it all now but I know how to wait patiently.

2. I was mildly disappointed...
I wanted Rove hung by his feet in the Rose Garden.

However, I was encouraged by Fitzgerald's presentation. I'm an impatient sort but have renewed confidence in his prosecutorial talents.

He has been the epitome of integrity and has the respect of the vast majority of people. He is trusted. That's a rare commodity in Washington.

3. Al Franken called it Fiztnukka
It's not all the presents on one day. It's a small present every day over a long period of time.

And although I'm not even on the fringes of the Judeo-Christian cosmology, I'll take what I can get.

4. I'm a combination of . . .
. . . very happy and slightly depressed. I see it as a good start. The seeds of the destruction of the * evil empire are planted. * now has zero political capitol, Rove might go down, and it could go all the way to Cheney or even *. Even if the case is not about the war, it has already revealed to anyone with more than a couple functioning neurons that they were lied into it by the neo-con cabal.

I'll be thoroughly ecstatic if * et.al are frog marched to the World Court. But I'll also be happy to see them thrown from office some time in the future (if the world survives that long).

5. Every race
Starts a step one. I'm glad someone finally had the guts to take that step.
