1. Excellent movie reference!
For the past few weeks, every time I heard a Repub talking head on TV saying that Fitz had nothing, and that this would all blow over, I kept hearing them say: "He's nothing but a big mouth and a badge!"

Well, Elliot got his man -- and so did Fitz.

3. For future reference ...
In light of Fitzgerald's painstaking invtesigation, strict adherence to the letter of the law, and patriotic comments about the world seeing that the United States is a country of laws, etc., he proved himself the Best Supreme Court Nominee Ever.

Let's hope the next Demoractic President (2008) remembers Fitz, should an SCOTUS opening come up during his tenure. In the meantime, why not Attorney General in the 2008 cabinet?
