One of those guys that was for fiscal conservatism and no foreign entanglements... hmmm... no wonder he hates Bush.

I mean, it's been asked beffore on DU, but what is Bush? He's not a progressive, obviously, but neither is he conservative in the traditional sense.
I think all one could call him is a corporatist. Which, of course, recalls the oft-quoted line attributed to Mussolini:
"Fascism should more properly be called corporatism, since it is the merger of state and corporate power."

13. Pat has been fighting neocons for years
He was one of the few republicans that fought against NAFTA, GATT, and the WTO. All of his predictions have come true. He also predicted the Iraqi War would turn into a quagmire, and it has.
