Rule 21
According to Randi Rhodes, rule 21 was used by the repugs regarding the Clinton impeachment. Does anybody here know if this is correct. If so, we need to remind the MSM of this fact to counter Frist's statement of outrage that this rule hasn't been used in "recent" memory.

1. i think he was talking about using rule 21 without consulting opposition
it's been used several times recently, including the impeachment nonsense, but hasn't been used without previously consulting with the opposition party in about 25 years.

4. Rule 21 polices intend and factual basis for a motion, these ambiguos...
leeches will have a Field day with this one,it's all diverting and averting to the crux of the biscuit, Theocracy government.
