Now we know how they keep capturing the #2 Al-Qaeda guy...

I read recently that some guy escaped from a military prison and so the US tightened security. What I read DID NOT make clear that the guy ESCAPED IN JULY and we are now tightening security. Great. So, I guess this explains how we keep getting the # 2 guy - some 12 times now, right?

KABUL, Afghanistan— Security has been tightened at the U.S. military prison in Afghanistan following the escape of a suspected al-Qaida leader, a U.S. official said Wednesday.
