2. Yeah...
his plan involves 20 million immunizations. That's his base + the military. He's got all HIS bases covered.

3. Who decides?
Well, from what I've seen, apparently FEMA. And, no, you can't move up here.

8. What part hasn't become that bad?
The "threat" of avian flu or the fact that you might have to move up here? I am seriously confused about your answer.

5. It scares me too and it makes me sick...
Bird flu is very serious. Extremely serious.

It may evolve into a pandemic. It may not.

However, bird flu has been a very serious situation that needed the rResdient's attention about 2 years ago. If he gave a crap about the people of this country, he would have been gearing up for a possible pandemic. The World Health Organization and other scientific and medical associations were chastising Bush for not informing America and for ignoring this issue.

We are not prepared, if a pandemic happens.

However--Bush now sees an opportunity with bird flu. He can fearmonger! He can use the topic to make himself look busy and like a real leader. Oh boy! What a piece of shit!

This president is not interested in helping the America public through a pandemic, any more than he was interested in saving NOLA from a hurricane. He's doing NOTHING that would make a difference.

He's using this very serious situation to "Patriot Act" us into giving up freedoms and to use the military for fascist purposes.

People...PLEASE...do your own reading on bird flu. Be prepared. Listen to nothing this pResident says on the topic. Get prepared, as if you are preparing for a hurricane or any other disaster. Have supplies on hand. Get Tamiflu. Start saving a stash of money. Stockpile staples. Please be smart about this. There's no need to panic, but there is a threat and we need to be informed and prepared should it happen.

With these sickos in charge, it's more important to be prepared, informed and able to protect yourself and your families--in the event that a disaster does happen.

We've all seen with Katrina--that this administration will spend a great deal of time militarizing everything and controlling people with curfews--but we won't have bottled water or food, or probably medicines. Get yourself prepared, in case something does happen.

Do you want to rely on BushCo for your safety and health???
