5. I would have to rate "worthless".. if only because those directly
responsible died in those attacks- so punishing them is hardly possible. NO, wait.. Iraq is responsible- or Iran- or (fill-in-the-blank).

What exactly has Bush done, to punish the 9/11 terrorists?

The only thing that can be said about the people behind 9/11 that would even remotely reflect well on Bush is that the ones who physically carried out the attack are dead.

And that's not saying much, quite frankly.

above the high 20's even in polls that used to give him favorable ratings like AOL...yet his advertised polls are in the high 30's... Seems EVERY online poll gives bush* favorability much lower than those national polls...??? Makes one go hummmm.

Too busy punishing people inoccent of 9-11 in Iraq and Afghanistan. It's bait and switch. He can't get any people involved in the terrorism because you can't declare war on them. They don't hold to one country. Instead he uses Iraqies and Afghanies as his terrorists.
